Working as part of a cross-discipline team alongside UI Designers and Product Managers, working with Development, Analytics, Optimisation and Data Science teams. Championing the user and adhering to UCD philosophies.

Focusing on understanding and improving the homepage experience, as well as supporting brand projects like Fashion Discovery.

Working with different departments alongside the UX&D and Product team to deliver innovative user-centred design solutions, ensuring quality, usability by the broadest cross-section of the audience.

Focusing on strategy, design and optimisation on web, whilst ensuring consistency with ITV Hub across platforms. Contributing to strategy and vision across the full range of platforms. Responding and adapting user experiences to reflect evolving user preferences and technologies.

Designing and delivering new features and iterative improvements on the web platform – including ITV Hub+.

Collaborating with other teams and departments in an Agile environment to create better experiences both online and offline.

Utilising tools, testing, methodologies and research to gain insights into user behaviour and desires. Feeding insights into the research, design, strategy and development process.

Leading and contributing to projects on web, Android and iOS platforms - including redesign, testing and optimisation of the homepage on web. Facilitating Service Design and Value Proposition workshops to ensure unified thinking and approaches.

Worked as part of the Studio team to produce design work for national and international clients, including Janssen and AstraZeneca. Communicating the clients message with high visual impact and clarity. Providing solutions tailored to the client and their customers.

Leading design on several projects from small scale print to large scale digital and branding projects, as well as international workshops.

Part of the internal Ambassadors program, aimed at improving employee experience, setting and meeting corporate responsibility and environmental targets.

Ideas-driven studio-based course where a variety of approaches to visual communication were explored. Working on personal and industry-related projects, focusing on contemporary and relevant design. Connecting with industry, either through visiting speakers such as Ian Anderson and Anthony Burrill, live briefs and work experience.
